We are looking for someone that has experience in Digital Marketing. Must be well-organized, a strong communicator, client-facing, rock-star that bleeds social media marketing. We are growing and need someone that can hit the ground running!
The candidate will oversee Digital & Social Media campaigns which include but are not limited to research, campaign & content creation, execution, monitoring and reporting. Knowledge of some SEO & Google Ads best practices is also helpful.
Responsibilities
· Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
· Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
· Work with clients to create a digital & social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, and advertising campaigns, and research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients’ industries.
· Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
· Analyze and report social media actions monthly for successes and new opportunities.
· Create engaging and professional content that reflect client and their brand (Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc).
· Stay current with social media trends and tools.
· Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
· Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
Qualifications
· At least 3 years of experience as a digital account manager, or a similar role.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field
· Experience includes but is not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.
· Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
· Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
· Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
· Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills.
· Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities.
